It’s Our Anniversary!!!

On May 12th, 2016 Underwood Talent Development Services Inc. was launched. The grand event featured an online link-up of Caribbean participants from Belize in the north down to Guyana in the south. We also had attendees from Canada and the USA. Highlights of the webinar included two interactive presentations as well as a virtual scavenger hunt.

On the occasion of our first anniversary, we would like to share with you the recording of that session. While the entire recording is 81 minutes long, we invite you to focus on the two presentations:

  • Results-based Facilitation: Moving from Talk to Action byJerome H Underwood, Director UTDS Inc. (00:14:41  00:40:09)
  • Learning Transfer : Making Training Count by Joan H Underwood, Managing Director and Principal Consultant UTDS Inc. (00:53:01  01:11:24)

In addition to sharing these presentations with you, UTDS also takes this opportunity to thank you for your support over the past year. God has indeed been good to us as have our loyal clients and subscribers. We look forward to continuing to serve you for many years to come. Therefore, we invite your feedback on how we can better meet your individual, organizational and/or national talent development needs. You can reach us at info@utdsinc.com or by submitting a request for a complimentary exploratory consultation.

For our final message this week, we turn to Bruno Mars and his song Count on Me. We trust that you will continue to count on UTDS!

  • Congratulations in abundance. Although l have never met you l have followed your work closely as there is much synergy between our two companies, but also because of your key role with the Caribbean Leadership Project. The work that you do is important and transformational, that is clear. I hope our paths cross in real life sometime.

    • Thank you, Paulette. I always look forward to your comments in response to my Tweets etc. I too look forward to meeting you in person at some point. In the meantime, I pray that we will continue to make our respective contributions in different part of the vineyard.
