She has been a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) for over 20 years, with 13 years in the?Telecommunications industry, having held the position of Chief Financial Officer for many years. ?She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) as well as the?Institute of Chartered Accountants in the Eastern Caribbean – Antigua Branch.? She is a?qualified?Attorney-at-Law, and has been called to the Bar of England and Wales, and Antigua and Barbuda.? She also?holds a Master?s degree in Finance and Financial Law from the University of?London. Megan has held management positions for over 15 years and has hands-on experience in?management and leadership.
Megan is the Managing Director of SamuelFields Consulting Group, a consultancy which offers?independent professional services practice, by performing cutting-edge strategic consultancies on?financial improvement and legal reform for businesses and individuals, with specific focus on accounting,?audit, financial, legal and management services. Some of her clients include the World Bank, Eastern?Caribbean Central Bank, Government of Antigua and Barbuda, and Ward Associates, a Corporate and?Trust Services Company in Antigua.
Megan is married and the mother of two teenage boys. She loves reading, hiking and travelling.
