Ashli Komaryk is a Canadian leadership coach, facilitator, speaker, and bestselling author whose work bridges global business acumen with the human-centred principles of hospitality-inspired leadership. A certified coach through the International Coaching Federation, Ashli supports established executives and emerging leaders through leadership development training and transformative coaching partnerships designed to build self-awareness, resilience, emotional intelligence, and high-performing workplace cultures.

Canadian-born, Ashli spent formative childhood years in Freeport, Bahamas, before spending fourteen years in Parma, Italy. She later completed her MBA in Public Relations and Communications Management at Royal Roads University in Victoria, Canada.

Ashli brings nearly a decade of experience teaching at the MBA and undergraduate levels, with expertise spanning leadership, organizational behaviour, tourism and hospitality, change management, and negotiation. Her professional credentials also include certifications in DiSC personality assessments, Emotional Intelligence EQ-i 2.0 and EQ 360, The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team, and Positive Intelligence (PQ).

An international conference speaker and cultural enrichment lecturer aboard cruise ships, Ashli is also co-author of the Amazon bestselling book Co-Leadership: How Modern Leaders Share Power, Build Trust and Shape the Future Together.

Dividing her time between Vancouver and Barbados, Ashli brings a global perspective shaped by travel, culture, and a lifelong passion for food, wine, and connection. She believes some of life’s most meaningful leadership lessons emerge when we gather around the table – where breaking bread creates the space for trust, generosity, and the kind of authentic human connection that inspires extraordinary collaboration.
