A committed regionalist, she has worked extensively throughout the Caribbean, in support of?her passion for sustainable economic and social development for the region and its people. She holds a?MSc. degree in Organizational Management & Leadership, and has had extensive training and?certification in Facilitation, Coaching, Action Learning and the MBTI. Among her other areas of core?competency for which she is highly regarded, include: change management, team building, strategic?planning and developing learning and development professionals. Her current passion involves?spreading the philosophy and methodology of action learning in transforming the Caribbean.

She applies her business acumen as an entrepreneur, serving as a Co-Owner and Director for a highly?successful family owned business, operating in Trinidad & Tobago.
