Happy International Women’s Day to each and everyone of you. Yes, that includes my male readers. Why? Because gender equity benefits us all. The elimination of biases which prevent more than half of the population from maximizing their potential and optimizing their wellbeing will serve to elevate us all. Therefore, I repeat Happy IWD to ALL!!!
In lieu of my regular bimonthly blog article, I devote today’s issue of The Manager Level UP to sharing inspirational quotes from five women whose life work is all about the struggle. These five women in their respective spheres have stood up and stood out – despite institutional and personal biases that made it difficult for them to secure victory. Check them out. Read what they had to say. Be inspired and make a commitment to make a difference where you are.
