  I’m pleased to report that this workshop was a great success. Special thanks to those who helped make that a reality. They include Antigua and Barbuda’ Labour Commissioner, Mrs. Eltonia Anthony Rojas who provided us with a list of the most common industrial relations mistakes made by employers along with references for industrial court cases on such matters; Justin L Simon QC and his chambers for providing copies of the judgments in those cases; all the participants who eagerly embraced this learning opportunity and diligently applied their minds to analyzing the cases and interpreting the labour code in order to come up with their own rulings on the cases presented. Thanks also to the Sagicor Cave Hill School of Business and Management for giving me the opportunity to facilitate the session. As always, it was a pleasure doing business with you!
